CARAMEL CORN | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. white Karo syrup 1/2 c. butter 1/4 tsp. salt Mix. Cook over low heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and beat for a few minutes. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Beat hard until well mixed. Pour over popped corn. This will be sticky, but should get hard. |
