NO NAME APPETIZER 
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (or Ricotta)
6 tbsp. softened butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
48 lg. stuffed green olives, drained and dried

Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour, salt, and paprika. Mix well. Wrap small amount of cheese dough around each olive and make sure each is well placed on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
