FRUIT SORBET 
2 c. fruit puree (any fruit will do - canned, frozen or fresh)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar

Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool. Puree fruit in blender. Add lemon juice. Mix simple syrup (sugar and water) and fruit. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
