SWEET POTATO BISCUITS 
3/4 mashed sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Add butter to mashed sweet potatoes and then stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients together and then sift into sweet potato mixture; mix well. Roll it out one half inch thick and cut with floured biscuit cutter. Place on greased sheet or pan and cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
