RHUBARB BUTTER CRUNCH | |
3 c. diced rhubarb 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. raw oatmeal 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. shortening Place rhubarb, sugar nd flour in greased cake pan. Combine brown sugar, raw oatmeal and 1 1/2 cups flour. Cut in butter and shortening, sprinkle over rhubarb mixture; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
