MEXICAN COBBLER 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar

Melt and bring to a boil. 2-3 cans pie fillings (cherry, apple, blueberry, etc.)

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Fill flour tortillas with 2-3 spoons of pie filling and roll and place seam down in pan (room temperature tortillas roll easier). Pour hot mixture over tortillas. Let set 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (Can top with Cool Whip.)
