SIMPLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sherry

Brown meat, onion and garlic; draw off fat. Blend soup and milk. Add to meat mixture and heat well. Reduce heat and carefully blend in the sour cream and sherry. Serve over noodles or rice (4 servings).
