6 carrots 6 summer squash 1 med. bell pepper 6 med. red Irish potatoes 3 sm. onions 4 tbsp. butter Slice and layer in large baking dish. Salt and pepper each layer to taste. You may season with instant chicken bouillon, if you wish. Season each layer to taste. Top with butter. Cover tightly and bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes. May cook in crock pot. Use your cooker's directions for cooking. Serves 6. |
