SALMON PATTIES | |
1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon 1 egg 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. shortening Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Mix salmon, egg and onion in bowl until sticky. Stir in flour. Add baking powder to reserved liquid. Stir into salmon. Form into small patties. Fry in skillet over medium heat 5 minutes. Turn once. Drain on paper towels. |
