1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
6 tbsp. soft butter
3 eggs
Salt and pepper

Combine above ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into ungreased 10 inch pie plate.

1 c. meat (sausage, chicken, ham, beef)
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheese

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until top is golden.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
