M.'S RHUBARB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. rhubarb
1/4 c. nuts, chopped small

Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Add together. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Over each loaf, sprinkle (1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon melted butter). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
