2 rolls crescent dough
1 lg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Spread out crescent dough on cookie sheet an bake as directed. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing together with mixer. Spread on cooled crescent dough and top with vegetables; carrots, cauliflower, green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, olives, whatever.
