NACHO CASUAL 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lg. onion
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. hot taco sauce
1 c. sour cream
2 avocados, mashed

Crumble beef, sausage, onion and saute. Drain fat and season with salt. Spread refried beans on a 10"x15" greased pan. Top with meat. Cover with chilies. Spread with cheese. Drizzle taco sauce on top (now can be covered and refrigerated, bring to room temperature before baking). Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Mound sour cream and avocados on top. Serve with nacho chips.
