1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 onion, diced
Sweet milk

Mix all dry ingredients, add onion. Add enough milk to make stiff batter. Drop by spoonfuls in grease that you fried your fish in. Fry until golden brown.
