PINKERTON'S FAMOUS AVOCADO DIP 
6 ripe avocados (peeled)
4 ripe tomatoes (skinned)
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic salt
3 (or more) Spritzes of Tabasco sauce

Blend all items to a puree. Serve with Mexican chips.
