MEATBALLS PER POUND | |
3/4 lb. ground beef 1/4 lb. pork 1 sm. onion, chopped Little parsley Little basil 1 clove garlic, chopped fine 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. bread crumbs Mix all ingredients in large bowl into one big meatball. Shape into the size meatball you want. Place on a broiler pan. Bake in oven until golden brown. Look, no grease. |
