MONKEY CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. of biscuits (not buttermilk)
1 1/2 sticks of butter
Tube pan (solid bottom)
3 tsp. cinnamon

Take 1 cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and put into mixing bowl with seal. Put other cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and butter, on stove to boil. Keep warm while making cake. Take 2 cans of biscuits and quarter them. Put into mixing bowl with sugar and cinnamon, shake until coated. Place in tube pan, pour 1/2 of syrupy mixture over them. Layer raisins, etc. Repeat with other 2 cans of biscuits. Take right out of pan and onto a plate over sink after baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
