PEPPER-BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 (10 oz. each) pkgs. limas
3 green peppers
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 lb. bacon
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses

Heat water and salt to boiling. Add limas and green pepper. Bring to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (8 minutes). NOTE: Don't overcook! Cook bacon until limp. Stir in sugar, mustard, molasses, tomatoes, cook 5 minutes. Mix together tomato mixture and beans and pepper. Bake 35-40 minutes at 325 degrees.
