CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 (4 1/2 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
Cool Whip

For bottom, cut butter into flour. Add nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix powdered sugar, Cool Whip, and cream cheese together. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix pudding mix with cold milk and beat until creamy. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip over top and serve. May grate Hershey bar over top to decorate, if desired.
