POOL KO KI 
1 lb. beef (sliced 5" x 3" x 1/8")
1/4 pear (strain, juice only)
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. beer
1/2 tsp. sesame seasoning
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 green onion, sliced (2" long, thin strips)
2 garlic cloves, minced)
3 tbsp. soy sauce

1. Mix meat, pear juice, sugar and beer. Let sit for approximately 30 minutes.

2. After the appropriate waiting period (30 minutes) mix the remaining ingredients with the prepared meat (by hand).

3. Keep cool for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to cooking.

TO COOK: Using a flat pan, preheat oven using the broil setting. Cook for 6 minutes, turn over and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes.

NOTE: It is important not to exceed cooking time. For best results use barbecue grill, using same cooking instructions.
