LASAGNA 
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 cans whole tomatoes, drained
Mushrooms
Olives
Onions
Italia n seasoning to taste
1 lg. hamburger &-or Italian sausage
1 pkg. cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
1 lg. pkg. cottage cheese
1 carton ricotta cheese (optional)

Mix all tomato ingredients, Italian seasonings, mushrooms, onions and olives together and cook on low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Brown hamburger and add to tomato sauce. Cook lasagna noodles per package directions. Drain. Shred cheeses. Alternate layers in 9 x 13 inch pan starting with noodles, sauce and cheeses. Repeat. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
