CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW MOUSSE 
1 (8 oz.) milk chocolate bar
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chilled whipping cream

Break chocolate bar into pieces; place in medium microwave-proof bowl with marshmallows and milk. Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred; cool to room temperature.

In small mixer bowl, beat cream until stiff; fold into cooled chocolate mixture. Pour into dessert dishes; cover and chill until set, about 1 to 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
