BROCCOLI GOLDENROD | |
3/4 lb. fresh broccoli 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. grated onion 1/8 tsp. ground thyme 3 hard-cooked egg yolks, sieved Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water just until tender. Drain and set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients in a saucepan, and heat thoroughly. Pour over broccoli; sprinkle with egg yolk. |
