RAISIN GRANOLA COOKIES 
1 c. raisins
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate or orange juice
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. orange peel, shredded (optional)
2 c. Mueslix cereal

In a saucepan, heat together raisins, juice concentrate, butter until melted. Set aside and cool. Beat in egg. In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon. Stir in egg and raisin mixture. Then stir in orange peel and cereal. Let stand 1-2 minutes.

Mix well, drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly brown on bottom. Remove and cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
