POPOVER PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) part skim Mozzarella cheese
1 egg + 2 egg whites
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. 1% or skim milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. Pace picante sauce

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce, picante sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into 9"x13" baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating and evenly sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

In a mixing bowl, beat egg, egg whites, milk and oil until foamy. Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth. Pour batter over meat mixture, spreading to cover completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
