4 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
Basil, oregano
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. crescent rolls
2 eggs

Saute in 1 stick butter the onion and zucchini. Sprinkle all seasonings to taste.

In bowl, beat lightly 2 eggs and Mozzarella cheese.

Line pie pan with rolls. Pour cheese mixture over zucchini and turn, heating cheese. Pour into lined pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees until set, approximately 20 minutes.
