CARROT CHOWDER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. bell pepper, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped Dash of marjoram 1 can (lg.) tomato juice 2 c. grated carrots 1 can cream of celery soup 1 tsp. sugar Salt to taste Brown ground beef. Saute celery, bell pepper, and onion with beef. Combine in a medium stock pot, add marjoram, tomato juice, and carrots. Simmer until carrots are done. Add cream of celery soup, salt and sugar and simmer until soup is well blended. |
