OUR FAVORITE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Flour
Cooking oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
1 can French fried onion rings

Flour chops lightly and brown in hot oil. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients, except onion rings; pour over chops. Sprinkle half of the onion rings on top. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle remaining onion rings on top. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
