CHICKEN DUMPLINGS | |
3 to 4 lbs. chicken Canned biscuits or homemade or 2 cans cream of chicken soup Salt & pepper & desired seasonings Cook chicken until tender or done. Add the cream of chicken soup to the broth. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings. Pinch biscuits into small pieces and drop small pieces into boiling broth, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Thicken to choice with small amount of flour sprinkled over while stirring. |
