CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts
1 pkg. Escort crackers
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery or cream chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Oleo

Boil and debone chicken (remove skin). Line 9 x 13 pan with crushed crackers. Lay chicken on cracker crumbs. Dot with butter.

Spread water chestnut on top. Combine mushroom soup, celery soup, sour cream. Pour mixture over other ingredients. Cover with second of cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
