1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup of sugar and 2 eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add dry mix to creamed mixture. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and dust with flour.

Spread 1/2 of the batter in the pan. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Sprinkle over batter. Add remaining creamed mix and chocolate chips mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
