BREAKFAST DRESSING 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated American cheese
1 1/2 lbs. cooked link sausage, cut in thirds
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. milk

Line greased 9x13 inch casserole or pan with bread. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage.

Combine eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard; pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Dilute soup with 1/2 soup can additional milk; pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Yield 12-14 servings.
