PORCUPINE MEAT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 tbsp. shortening
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix hamburger, salt, rice and pepper into balls. Brown 1 small onion and bell pepper in shortening. Add tomato juice and nutmeg. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
