SCALLOPS ORIENTAL 
2 lb. fresh scallops
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
lemon wedges

Rinse scallops well and place in pan. Combine next 4 ingredients and mix. Brush scallops with the mixture. Broil at 425°F for 10 minutes or until slightly browned. Turn scallops. Brush with remaining sauce. Broil 10 minutes longer or until well browned. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Serves 6.
