PUMPKIN CAKE | |
16 oz. can pumpkin 3 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. sugar 12 oz. Pet milk 1 box yellow pudding cake mix 1 c. chopped pecans 2 sticks melted butter Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, sugar and milk together and pour in lined 9 x 13-inch pan lined with wax paper. Sprinkle cake mix on top and gently pat pecans onto mixture. Drizzle the butter on top. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool and turn out on plate. Frost. |
