HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH 
2 c. chopped chicken
1/3 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, hard boiled
1/4 c. ripe olives
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cut crusts from 12 slices thin bread, butter bread. Place slices in 9"x13" pan, spread chicken mixture over bread, cover with remaining six slices. Spread sauce over top.

SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Let stand overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
