CABBAGE ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
12 cabbage leaves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Because I like the sauce, I usually double the mixture.

Combine meat with salt, pepper, rice and onion and 1 can tomato sauce.

Cook cabbage leaves. Drain well. Place meat mixture in cabbage, roll, folding ends in. Place seam side down in oblong pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
