ZUCCHINI SOUP 
2 or 3 carrots
3 or 4 med. onions
2 or 3 stalks celery
6 or 8 potatoes
2 or 3 zucchini
1 or 2 garlic cloves
Salt, pepper, parsley flakes
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 lbs. link or loose sausage
1 or 2 pts. tomatoes

Cut sausage in small pieces and brown. Pour off grease. Dice vegetables and cook, except zucchini. Add sausage and tomatoes. Put zucchini in last.
