OKLAHOMA CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can whole kernel corn
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain. Brown the beef in hot oil; sprinkle with salt. Place in a large casserole or baking dish; add the undrained corn. Sprinkle with onion powder; add the noodles. Add the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in 325 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Grated onion to taste may be used instead of onion powder. Yield: 6 servings.
