BARBECUE SALMON PARMESAN 
2 salmon fillets
1 cube butter
Garlic salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) can grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sage
Salt & pepper

Place salmon on aluminum foil. Melt butter in small pan, add lemon and garlic salt to taste. Brush melted mixture on fish liberally, then cover with the cheese. Repeat process 3-4 times. Top with salt, pepper and sage. Seal foil. Place on BBQ, turning frequently until done through.
