BARBECUED SALMON STEAKS 
2 lb. salmon steaks
1 c. dry vermouth
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place salmon steaks in shallow glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over fish and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove fish on well greased grill. Cook, about 4 inches from moderately hot coals, 8 minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn and cook 7-10 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily.
