PINEAPPLE ICING 
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine pineapple undrained with cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and lemon juice, mix well. Spread on cake.
