OVERNIGHT EGGS 
16 slices bread
2 c. cubed ham or fried bulk sausage
2 c. grated American cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Butter 9 x 13 cake pan, put 8 slices of bread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups cubed ham or fried bulk sausage and 2 cups grated cheese. Top with 8 more slices of bread. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over bread. Crush cornflakes and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over top cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
