1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. raw rice (regular) 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. water 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix rice, meat, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape rounded teaspoon into balls. Place in ungreased 8"x8"x2" baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over balls, cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Make 4 to 6 servings. |
