BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. rice, uncooked 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. grated Velveeta cheese Cook rice and broccoli separately according to package directions. Use broccoli water to cook onion and celery. Mix together. Add both cans of soup, rice and cheese; mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes in a greased casserole dish. |
