MAMA'S PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
2 (20 oz.) cans chunky pineapple, drained 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 6 tsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 3 tsp. pineapple juice Mix pineapple and grated cheese together. Then mix flour, sugar and juice in a separate container. Pour flour mixture over pineapple and cheese mixture. Stir. Add to 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Crush crackers and spread over top. Melt butter and pour over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Wonderful! |
