1 c. sugar honey graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. creamy or chunky-style peanut butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Blend together graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, sugar and cinnamon. Scoop ice cream into large balls and roll in crumb mixture until well coated. Freeze until serving time. Serve with chocolate syrup and a stemmed cherry. Serves 6-8.
