CHRISTMAS ICE CREAM BALLS 
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine in frying pan. Over medium heat, cook until slightly browned. Cool. Drop a scoop of ice cream into mixture. Roll into a ball. Place in papers for cupcakes in muffin tins. Freeze. Serve with sauce over entire ball.

ICE CREAM BALL SAUCE:

1 egg
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg until foamy. Blend in melted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipping cream that has been whipped stiff. Spoon over ice cream balls.
