MELBA'S BARS 
3/4 c. white Karo
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. cornflakes
1 lg. Hershey bar (7 oz.)

Heat Karo, sugar and peanut butter. Crush cornflakes and add to first mixture. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Cool. Melt Hershey bar over boiling water and spread on peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate. To cut, remove from refrigerator 1 hour. Cut into bars or squares.
