PINEAPPLE CRISP PUDDIN' 
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter, melted

Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan. Pour undrained pineapple into pan. In bowl, combine cake mix, coconut and flour. Sprinkle evenly over pineapple. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until top is crisp and brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
